General conditions of sale – Micro Mobility

Article 1 – Micro Mobility Belgium

Article 2 – Acceptance of the terms and conditions

Any order implies acceptance of our conditions of sale by the customer.

Article 3 – Prices, transport and delivery

All our prices are in Euro, inclusive 21% VAT, exclusive shipping costs. For orders in Belgium and Luxembourg there is a standard amount of € 5,00 incl. VAT charged. The goods are transported at the expense and risk of the buyer. The term of delivery is done by mutual consent and will always be determined reasonably. In principle, orders ordered before 15h and paid online, are shipped the same day. A delivery date should be considered a non-binding estimate and not a result commitment to deliver the products to the target date. We advise you to enter a delivery address where someone is present as often as possible to receive your shipment (eg. Your work address). If you are not present at the time of delivery, you will be able to arrange by telephone with our transportation partner, GLS (therefore you get a message in your mailbox). In case the delivery or receipt can’t take place because the buyer specifies the wrong delivery address so that the delivery fails or waits too long to give new instructions to the carrier, the goods will be returned to us. If the goods can not be delivered within 7 days after the first delivery attempt and return to us, the buyer has the right to withdraw the purchase. We will refund the total amound of the order in accordance with our arrangements for taking back products and the applicable statutory provisions. All delivered packages have a proof of delivery and are insured.

Article 4 – Method of payment

Payments on Micro Mobility are preferably done online (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro). If you prefer, you can also pay by bank transfer to BE15 7310 1362 4330, KREDBEBB. Be sure to include your unique order number so we can quickly process your transfer. Note: Orders with paying by bank transfer can only leave when the payment is received by us. If the payment isn’t received within 14 days after receiving the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order or sale.

Article 5 – Product images

The display of the colors of the products on partly depends on the settings of the monitor and graphic card from the website. Shown colors may therefore vary from the actual colors of the products.

Article 6 – Receive product

At the time of delivery and / or collection, the purchaser must immediately verify the product. Possible visible defects (damage or incomplete delivery) must be written reported 48 hours after delivery to Micro Mobility. If you accept the package, you take the supply and confirm that there are no visible defects.  

Article 7 – 2 years of warranty

All of the products of Micro Mobility are warranted for 2 years, starting the date of purchase, against defects in material and / or workmanship.

This warranty only applies to the first byer and doesn't apply to any damage caused by incorrect use, accidents, neglect, misuse, incorrect maintenance, wear and tear, unprescribed use by Micro Mobility or dammage by heat or contact with solvents. If a non-authorized party damages the product in its attempt to repair it, the warranty isn't applied. 

When a defect in material or in workmanship is notified to Micro Mobility within 2 years of the date of purchase, Micro Mobility Belgium will first attempt to repair the product. Only if a product can't be repaired or a spare part is irreplacable, which is determined by Micro Mobility Belgium, the product can be replaced or credited. If a product is replaced or credited, the liability cannot exceed the purchase price of the defect product. 

In order to repair or to credit products, claims can be evaluated by Micro Mobility Belgium only if we receive the correct photographic material and information of the defective product. The documents requested are: pictures of the defect, picture of the serial code of the product, SKU of the product and the date of purchase.

Wear and tear spare parts, such as brakes, wheels and handle bars, are replaced at cost price and can't be applied as warranty.

All Micro Mobility spare parts are available for 10 years starting from the date of purchase. In case the warranty can't be applied because the exceeded warranty date, which is 2 years, the spare parts can still be delivered but at cost price. 

Micro Mobility can't be held responsable for any indirect damage (eg. (non-exhaustive) loss of profit, damage to third parties,...)

Article 8 – Retention of property

The (delivered) products remain our property until full payment of the price, possibly increased by interest and costs.

Article 9 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to notify the company that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the goods. (Art. 46, section 2, Distance selling). If you purchased a product for your own personal use as a consumer and you want to use your right to withdraw from the contract, you want to use your right to withdraw from the contract, you have to notify our customer service within 14 days from the day following the delivery via email ( or by telephone (02 445 54 85) to notify and request a return. If our customer service approves this request, they will send you by email the necessary instructions for the return. Returns are made on the risk of the sender, in this case the customer. You provide us with the product in its original packaging, in intact and unused condition and sufficient postage. The costs of the returns are refunded to you as soon as the package has been received. Refund or exchange will be arranged as soon as possible. Note: Not notified returns will not be credited. Any additional storage and warehousing costs are risk and responsibility of the customer.

Article 10 – Privacy

All personal data obtained at will be treated confidentially. Micro Mobility Belgium undertakes to treat the personal data transmitted and processed in accordance with the Belgian law of December 8, 1992 on privacy protection. You may at any time have access to all data relating to you or have it corrected by sending a letter to Micro Mobility Belgium. The data provided by you will be used to manage our relationship with you as our customer, for direct marketing and for the overall image of the clientele. You can at any time freely object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes by sending a letter to Micro Mobility Belgium.

Article 11 – Force majeure

If due to force majeure or circumstances outside of our reasonable control we, Micro Mobility, is unable to perform our obligations or if these are unreasonable weighted, we can suspend our commitments during the time of this force majeure, without having to pay compensation.

Article 12 – Validity and enforceability

The invalidity of one of the articles of these terms and conditions or a part of it, does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these general conditions, neither of these terms in their entirety. Their enforceability remains. In the event of invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms and conditions, the parties shall negotiate in good faith in order to replace it with a provision that most closely produces the same effect as the invalid or unenforceable provision. Likewise the parties will negotiate in good faith to find a solution acceptable to all if a situation arises that is not provided in the terms and conditions.

Article 13 – Amendments to terms and conditions

Micro Mobility Belgium reserves the right to modify these terms and its prices at any time. Micro Mobility Belgium formulates a reservation regarding the accuracy of prices on its website and reserves the right to change the price of a product after delivery if it can prove that the price does not match the website with the actual price example (non-exhaustive) by a fault in the system or a type.
