When will my order be delivered and at what cost?

>ORDERS placed before 3 pm will be processed and sent the same day

Orders placed after 3 pm will be processed the next business day.

Please note that micro-mobility.be does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

If delivery failed the first time, our transport colleagues will return the next working day. 

You will receive an email concerning your order to track it, please also check the spam-folder.

>TRANSPORT cost of € 5 (VAT incl.)

For all orders in Belgium and Luxembourg there is a standard amount of € 5,00 incl. VAT charged.

You can also choose to pick-up your order at our store in 3080 Tervuren (Belgium).

For the pick-up of orders no transport cost will be charged. For all orders in other countries, please refer to your local Micro reseller, find them all on link
