Article 3 – Prices, transport and delivery
All our prices are in Euro, inclusive 21% VAT, exclusive shipping costs. For orders in Belgium and Luxembourg there is a standard amount of € 5,00 incl. VAT charged. The goods are transported at the expense and risk of the buyer. The term of delivery is done by mutual consent and will always be determined reasonably. In principle, orders ordered before 15h and paid online, are shipped the same day. A delivery date should be considered a non-binding estimate and not a result commitment to deliver the products to the target date. We advise you to enter a delivery address where someone is present as often as possible to receive your shipment (eg. Your work address). If you are not present at the time of delivery, you will be able to arrange by telephone with our transportation partner, DPD (therefore you get a message in your mailbox). In case the delivery or receipt can’t take place because the buyer specifies the wrong delivery address so that the delivery fails or waits too long to give new instructions to the carrier, the goods will be returned to us. If the goods can not be delivered within 7 days after the first delivery attempt and return to us, the buyer has the right to withdraw the purchase. We will refund the total amound of the order in accordance with our arrangements for taking back products and the applicable statutory provisions. All delivered packages have a proof of delivery and are insured.

Article 9 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to notify the company that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the goods. (Art. 46, section 2, Distance selling). If you purchased a product for your own personal use as a consumer and you want to use your right to withdraw from the contract, you want to use your right to withdraw from the contract, you have to notify our customer service within 14 days from the day following the delivery via email (store@micro-mobility.be) or by telephone (03/502 92 77) to notify and request a return. If our customer service approves this request, they will send you by email the necessary instructions for the return. Returns are made on the risk of the sender, in this case the customer. You provide us with the product in its original packaging, in intact and unused condition and sufficient postage. The costs of the returns are refunded to you as soon as the package has been received. Refund or exchange will be arranged as soon as possible. Note: Not notified returns will not be credited. Any additional storage and warehousing costs are risk and responsibility of the customer.
